Brook is a grateful husband, proud father of three, and doting grandfather of two. He began lay ministry in the Episcopal Church after being born again on a Happening retreat (similar to Dynamos) and was later filled with the Holy Spirit. In the mid-90s he was called to the Vineyard Church, serving for 10 years as both a worship leader and as a church-planting pastor. In 2003, Brook was called back home to the Anglican Church, and was ordained to the priesthood while serving at Holy Cross Cathedral in Loganville, GA. In 2013, Brook, his wife Dawn, and their three daughters moved to Jacksonville when he was called to be the Rector of All Souls Anglican Church. Brook also serves on the Board of SOMA USA, a mission to the Anglican Church worldwide, and wants to take as many as will come to Israel to discover the roots of our faith in Jesus.

fr. Christopher is a son, brother, uncle, mentor, and community builder—an advocate for the marginalized and, above all, a follower of Jesus Christ. Raised in Brooklyn, he has preached the Gospel of the Kingdom across the United States and internationally, including in Singapore, Indonesia, and Myanmar. He earned his first master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where he discerned a renewed call to ordained ministry. After a brief season in the corporate world, he attended Trinity Anglican Seminary and completed a Master of Divinity with an emphasis in evangelism and church planting. He was then called to Florida, where he helped plant a church in a historically Black, entrepreneurial neighborhood that had fallen on hard times—a work that bore lasting Kingdom fruit. fr. Christopher is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Duquesne University in Sacred Rhetoric. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, skeet shooting, and hanging out with his 6-year-old boy, Butch (the dog).

We welcomed Dawn this past October as our new Children’s Ministry Director. Dawn has been married to Brook+ for over 30 years and is the mom of 3 grown daughters (2 of whom are married) and the Dede of twin granddaughters. Dawn has worked with all ages throughout her walk with the Lord, but always seems to venture back to the children and youth. Her passion is to share the love of Jesus with his youngest disciples and teach them to obey his commands.

Henry has been the Administrator for All Souls since 2003. He and his wife Evelyn have been All Souls Church members since 1981. Henry and Evelyn have a daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren. Henry's administrative gift was revealed in his Prudential career of 30 years before becoming All Souls' Administrator.

Raised on a small cattle farm in Southwest Colorado, Rhonda's heart is deeply rooted in faith, creativity, and people. She is a devoted mom of three grown children and a proud grandma to four. After giving her life to the Lord as a teenager, she served more than 30 years in worship ministry in various churches and groups and also Teen Challenge. Today, she serves through graphic arts and communications at All Souls while also pursuing creative work through a commercial embroidery business on the side.
